Returns & warranty informationProduct details
A light-based training system for developing reaction speed, decision-making and agility.
- Four illuminated numbered targets
- Multiple reaction-speed settings
- Randomised visual cues
- Remote control included
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor sessions
- Includes tripod, flat markers, strap and batteries
Players react to the illuminated cue rather than following a fully memorised pattern, adding a decision-making element to footwork sessions. Arrange drills around the available space and adjust the pace to the athlete. The supplied mounting and marking accessories give coaches options when setting up a training station.
