Returns & warranty informationProduct details
63-inch dual-ended training stick for baseball and softball drills. Designed to develop hand-eye coordination, barrel control and consistent contact during coach-led or individual practice.
The long handle lets a coach present a contact target while the hitter works on finding the barrel. Vary the target location to practise reaching different parts of the strike zone, then repeat at a controlled pace. Leave clear space around the hitter and follow the supplied drill instructions.
