Clip-on bat weights for resistance training and on-deck warm-ups. Available in 12 oz blue and 16 oz green options, each fitting standard baseball and softball bats to help develop strength and controlled bat speed.
Choose the training weight to match your planned warm-up or drill, and check that it fits securely on your bat before swinging. The added load changes the balance of the bat, so controlled movement is more important than swing speed.
Remove the weight before normal hitting and follow the fitting and use instructions supplied with the product.
